Please help me find a video game I'll like

Hello, looking for any help finding a video game I might click with? I have this xbox that I got specifically for baldurs gate 3, but I can't seem to find anything I really fall in love with in a while.

The only games I've really enjoyed are Baldurs Gate 3, Kingdom Come Deliverance I & II, and Hollow Knight & Silksong.

I've tried:

- Skyrim (Can't seem to get the missions straight to save my life, I have no clue what I'm doing and keep dying)

- Harry Potter (Just didn't get into it)

- Expedition 33 (I can't seem to understand the battle mechanics very well)

- Cyberpunk 77 (shooters aren't for me)

I have spent so much money on video games that I've learned I really just do not enjoy. I think what I like is games that aren't too difficult, with a lot of cinematic appeal, and are open world. If I'm being too picky and I just need to accept that no games will ever top the ones I've played, so be it, I am humbly asking for any recommendations I might like anyway, and appreciate anyones' help.
