My Gains Have Begun (M22)

I did my first 2L coke chugging tonight and it was amazing. Got really full and stepped outside to smoke, my potbelly piercing through my shirt. I needed air. I had to loosen my pants so my gut could fully breathe and digest. I came in doing the deepest loudest burp ever before ripping ass. It totally surprised me. I’m not fully into that side of this stuff but man was it exciting feeling my body (mainly gut) get so heavy you just gotta let it out everywhere.

My abs (check my account) are gone but kind of have left behind red stretch lines as my belly continues to expand. I have backfat and lovehandles now, my posture has shifted, I have to pull my arms out more because there’s fat I’m not used to being there. My gaining and effort is finally starting to stick and I love it so much, I can’t wait to see big I’ll get. I’m now rewarding myself tonight with milk and zebra cakes haha
