Searching for Meat Processor - Jaco, Costa Rica Fishing Trip

Hello all!

Heading on a fishing trip in late February to Jaco and we are planning on being there for about five days. We went last year and ended up with about 150 lbs of yellowfin and snapper that we brought back to the states with us. We brought our own vacuum sealers and it worked for freezing and bringing it back , but it took us hours to complete and took away from our vacation time.

We’d like to find someone on the ground in Jaco where in the event that we do well with fish that can process it (trim the fillets, vacuum seal, and freeze) for our trip back.
