Pls guide me on what to do

So I flunked CAT. Scored a raw score(checked manually) of 23.5 in XAT (I hope it goes as per 2024) Acads -9/7/7 GEF , 18 months of worked . I applied to ximb, and then someone pointed out that I might not clear the cutoff. I am gonna give MICAT 2 and mah mba cet, but I have lost all hope and energy at this point. I am anxious and doomscrolling reddit most of the day trying to find answer throughbthe uncertainty. I am trying to switch jobs as well, but I am just recieving rejections there What do I do at this point given everything?
