Recommendations for mid 30s females visiting Atlanta

My friend and I (mid 30s females) will be visiting Atlanta end of Feb. I lived in Atlanta from 2012 - 2016 so I know some places to go to, but obviously could use updates and I don't want to party in the places I went to in my early 20s 😂😅

Good food places, rooftop bars, nice restaurants, clubs, speakeasy... Also is the Marta any good now to go around town or only good for the airport?
