Keyboard not working

Hey, I have a STRICH SDP-120 keyboard and about a month ago earphones suddenly stopped working on it. I was wondering if anybody had any experience with this issue. I’m currently trying to get a replacement from Amazon, but they’re difficult 😩. Has anyone else had this problem with their electric piano?
