Do I go for a Limited?

Hello,

I currently have a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I've had it about two years now. It's just not what I thought it would be. It's beautiful on the exterior but very lack luster on the interior and isn't very fun to drive. I didn't do much research when I got it, I was coming from a 2007 Rav4 Limited with a V6 engine so I just assumed newer would have everything I wanted. I was wrong.

Based on research, it seems like the Venza Limited meets more of my needs/wants: More horsepower, more luxury feel, more safety features. I basically want as fully loaded/luxurious as it can be while staying within my budget. I'd love a Lexus RX but I can't justify the price with the heightened cost of maintenance.

It's really hard for me to make a decision, especially one that comes at such a high cost, because I constantly question if it's the right choice. I'm worried about making a mistake.

What does the right choice mean? I'm mainly worried that I'm going to just jump into something that's going to need a ton of repairs or doesn't have majority (I know it's not going to have everything on my list) of what I want. I know Toyotas have a fantastic reputation (it's the only make of cars I have had) but I still can't fight the doubt in the back of my mind.

I haven't even begun to look at the market or gone on test drives or anything but I would love if you could provide any insight into this car. It wasn't something I was considering (I was considering a Mazda CX-5) but I was using ChatGPT to help me narrow down what I want and it seems to really think this is the car for me lol. I have never had a hybrid but I am interested in it vs getting another gas vehicle since it'll probably have a better resale value.

Ideally looking at the 2024 as I want the highest safety features available but open to older years.

Thanks!
