canker sores and mouth ulcers

I started to have bruxism 2 months ago. Now I have two ulcers, one in front of each of my upper wisdom teeth. They don't hurt unless I pay attention to them, and they don't bleed or turn white. Do you think it could be due to bruxism? I've had them for a month, and I don't think they're getting better because I sleep on my side at night.
