Recommended AC for a small unit

nagrerent ako ngayon ng studio unit around 5 meters x 3 meters ang usable area. may provision na sa window type ac, what ac and hp (and practical pagdating sa kung saan ang mas efficient sa kuryente e.g., if lower hp, inverter or not) ang mas better sa gantong setup? usually gabi ko lang gagamitin pag matutulog since may work ako sa umaga (most likely weekends lang magagamit nang matagal) and meron din akong electric dehumidifier & disposable also.
