Recommendation for travel

I just bought a X-E5 bundle with the XF 23mm f/2.8 lens. I also have a XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR Lens on its way.

My use case is for travel photography so I'd like to keep it lightweight, but I don't want to compromise quality or ease of use.

So what should I use and take on my trip? Is there a different lens I should get instead?

I'm moving over from a sony rx100m7.
