VR haptic equipment

So I’m not all that familiar with vr equipment apart from just the headset and that rigs I’ve seen which allows actual leg movement instead of just using the left stick. Anyways I’m looking to buy some proper equipment to allow more body tracking instead of just my controllers but I don’t really know how it works. I mostly play games like contractors and Blade and sorcery
