Voice sounding robotic?

I've been training my voice for around a month now, and I feel like I can reach and speak somewhat comfortably at a range I like, but I feel it's so robotic? Like I'm putting so much emphasis on speaking at that vocal range that it doesn't sound natural. Any advice?
