Warning! Primo Passo Coffee off Northshore

I wanted to share my semi-recent experience here to give a full transparent review of my visit, I think others would benefit from it. The shop itself was alright, I ordered a shakerato and it was amazing! the location is great but the inside of the shop has an off-putting, almost sterile feeling to it to be completely honest. Like I said the coffee itself was awesome, but the overall experience was soured when I heard a man, who I presume is the manager, verbally shunned one of the employees VERY loudly while I was in the cafe, almost as if to shame them in front of me on purpose. Personally, I believe in the idea of praising in public, correct in private, and trying to shame/embarrass an employee (seemingly on purpose) is not a good business practice. I’m hoping the owners are made aware of this behaviour, as it should be corrected. It’s very sad to see a young employee shunned for simply trying, and my experience here has been overall ruined. I will not be returning to this location, despite the good coffee, cause I cannot support a place where this is seemingly common practice. I just wanted to share.
