How do I change the term I want to transfer to if I already have submitted an application?

I was planning on transferring to Sac State for Fall 2026, but unfortunately, I don't think I can. I'll probably have to transfer in the Spring of 2027. I also already submitted my application for Fall 2026. I know that I should have double-checked and talked with my counselor, so is there a way to change it?
