Chest Nerve tingling feeling

I’ve had GERD on and off for since last year I did go to go to the ER once with chest pain thinking it was a heart. My gerd not officially diagnosed My symptoms usually improve with GERD medication.

A few months ago, I started taking B12 and magnesium and about 99% of my symptoms resolved. Today, however, I felt a tingling, nerve-like chest pain about five minutes after eating bread.

Has anyone else experienced this?
