NYC cobblers that can put speed hooks?

Hello,

As the titles asks - does anyone know any cobblers in the NYC area that can add speed hooks onto boots for a reasonable price? I see people say they get them for like a total of $30 but either I can't find a cobbler near me that does it or I get quoted a really expensive price.

Thanks in advance!
