If I have a puss filled cyst on my back when I go to get a massage will they just go around it?

I have a cyst on my back that I’ve gotten surgically removed three times and it keeps growing back. My wife and I are getting couples massages soon and I wasn’t sure if I should try to get my wife to pop it before we go or if they will just naturally avoid it. I don’t want it popping on them but my wife hates doing it
