Anyone else having issues uploading images from their phone?

In the past few days, every time I try to create a pin from an image saved to my phone's photo gallery, it is slow for the images to show up so I can select the one I want to upload as a pin. The upload screen will be blank for a few minutes and then suddenly appear. I'm pretty sure this isn't a phone issue as I don't have problems quickly accessing my photo gallery using other apps.
