Kiwi Credit card- Office address PIN is showing non serviceable

Tried to apply for Kiwi UPI card. When I am entering the office PIN code, it's showing the PIN is non serviceable and stopping me from proceeding further.

Is there anything that can be done, or I am ineligible for the time being? I am a salaried person with all documents with me.
