Cattle dog had a very large incident in the house this morning and is now whining when he pees. I can’t get him to the vet until tomorrow afternoon. What could it be?

Let me clarify I AM taking him to the vet tomorrow afternoon to be seen and also neutered if possible (it needed to be done anyway).

My cattle dog pooped in the house twice this morning and peed like he couldn’t control it, as if it just leaked out. It wasn’t a little bit it was kind of like taking your dog out in the morning and they pee a lot? Yeah more than that. Puddles of it in my kitchen, dining room, hallway, and back door.

He has never had an incident in the house, ever. This is not normal for him at all. I will say I woke up at lunch time today and normally he goes out before then, or when I’m going to work he’s out at around 6:30am. But before I’ve slept in until lunch time without him having issues.

Forward to later today I took him outside and every-time he went to pee he started yelping, he was peeing and I didn’t check to see if it appeared discolored. His pee in the house appeared a normal color.

He wouldn’t eat this morning for a little bit but finally did within a few hours. He ate his evening meal without issue.

He’s fine otherwise, playing and drinking water normally which is what made me think I do have the opportunity to wait until tomorrow.
