No views on yt shorts, no matter what I tried

Hello friends

I’ve just started my content creation journey. I began on TikTok and the response was incredible — multiple videos hit thousands of views, with some reaching 150k, 600k, and even 850k and still climbing.

Since TikTok isn’t monetised in Australia the same way it is elsewhere, I decided to move my content over to YouTube Shorts. My first three uploads did well: 367 views, 1,267 views, and 1.1k views.

But after taking a short three‑day break, everything suddenly flatlined. For the past seven days I’ve been posting daily, yet my videos aren’t being pushed into feeds at all ,sometimes I get only one or two views.

What’s confusing is that the exact same videos that explode on TikTok are completely dead on YouTube. I’m trying to understand why my content performs so well on one platform but gets no traction on the other.
