I want to watch it all but I can’t binge watch

I have started the show a while ago and went all the way up to season 6 then I had to take a break because it became too much. I restarted today because I was on a TikTok hell of SUV content and it triggered my interest again.

I’m just wondering for those of you who didn’t watch it growing up but actually binged it how??

I have a hard time dealing with all of it, especially the cases of rape and child SA because it puts me right back in my trauma. I binged the whole of criminal minds multiple times and it never affected me like SCU does. Tbf CM has a few comedic relief moments in most episodes which help, whereas SCU just has the very cunning dry humour of Mulch.

Idk I want to finish the whole show but at this rate it may be when I’m 40/45 🫠
