New build

I just recently built a new pc but I noticed today my headset won’t charge while the pc is turned off. I have looked around in bios for a power setting and I’ve watched a few youtube videos on different things to do. I’ve edited the power plan and I’ve also turned off the settings “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” on the usb hubs in device manager. Haven’t found the solution yet any help would be appreciated.
