Tampons suck

I tried the flex disk, and when it works - I loved it. I don't think it fits my body, though - because I've only gotten it to work right ONE TIME, otherwise it slips out of place and leaks everywhere.

I'm back to tampons and I bet this has been discussed here before - but does everyone else have the problem where the tampon doesn't fill up? The blood just kind of soaks around it and out?

I'm looking for other options - cups make me nervous, I've never used one - but might be open to it.

What are your favorite solutions?
