Looking for something to better understand my dog’s needs

My dog is great but sometimes I have no clue why she is barking or acting up. I use a tracker for walks but that does not tell me anything about what she is trying to say. I would love a solution that could help make sense of vocalizations or behavior without guessing. Anyone found a practical tool that helps with this?
