Does it sound more like OSDD or CPTSD? Can OSDD flare up/ show itself more under stress?

Can OSDD flare up?

My ex and I only started dating in July and the relationship ended in late September, with some continued time spent together through mid-November. She was a trauma survivor who spent five years with her abuser. Then between me and him she spent two years in another poor quality relationship. I was her first where she was actually treated right. Never degrading, never argumental, never judgmental of her mental struggles or vices, just unconditional love and support and a desire to treat her like she deserved to be treated. She had seemingly long-desired a Christian relationship and with how we met at the same church, she finally found it with me. She said how much she felt safe with me and loved my presence. And then her life started collapsing while with me. We had a pretty normal first month with fun dates and she seemed very normal functioning. She starts talking about not being able to see a future without me, saying God sent me to her, describing me as everything she has been looking for, etc. Then all of a sudden she starts displaying a lot more issues. Others I‘ve spoken to have said she felt so pressured to live up to the Christ centered standard and tiptoe because this could finally be destiny, that the pressure made her system flare up, or on the other side of the coin, she felt so safe with me that the walls finally came down (which adds up because she opened up about a LOT). She always expressed not being good enough for me but also self-imposed crazy standards like feeling she had to give up vaping and smoking weed even though I didn’t expect that of her. I even drink and never stopped doing that. Even when I’d try to tone down the spirituality of the relationship with normal TV shows and secular music, to lower the Christian stakes that she eventually felt she was putting on as a face, she’d still pivot to the Christian content. She lost her job the day after a simple mention of sleeping the night with me (she had sex in her previous relationships but vowed to celibacy a year before meeting me, but later took of her purity ring during the relationship). She later dropped out of her online classes as well as she couldn’t even make herself focus well enough (apparently when she’s “normal” she has no issues with focus). Her behavior got so bad that her family brought in a notary in case they had to start making decisions on her behalf. They told me this all started around the time she started seeing me, however they’ve seen an episode like this before and she came out of it (they loved me and weren’t blaming – I was the first BF they’d ever approved of).
She got a new counselor towards the end of the relationship who told her she had alters and that a child alter may have fronted at her job due to the stress and wouldn’t know how to function on the job. They theorized that her mother’s paralysis episode around 10 years old triggered her split, and that the 5 years of abuse worsened it. These were behaviors that I noticed while we were together that she stopped displaying once the relationship ended (when I’d be around her as more of a friend – and how people say she acted before meeting me). • Amnesic episodes (like apparently now having no recollection of what happened to her mother at the episode the counselor deemed must have traumatized her as a kid let her mother went paralyzed, only now knowing through the accounts of others) • Acting like a kid and acting super childish when she was brought back to a family friend's house that she hadn't visited since she was a kid. Even not knowing how to play an extremely simple board game while there. • Other amnesia like when I arrived at her house one day it looked like she was going to break up with me because she had the belongings that I bought for her boxed up, including the sign where I spelled out asking her to be my girlfriend, but by the time I got to her house she was in a totally different mood and so excited to see me, but she also had claimed to have lost her phone even though it was sitting right on the counter where she had left it a minute or two earlier, as if she had just switched. Another instance of this is when I was asking her about something she said about her previous boyfriend and she had no recollection of ever telling me that. • Going from saying things like she can't picture a future without me in a loving tone to being extremely cold the next day in a whole different more serious tone and being far more withdrawn. Like the version of her that would cling to me seemed like a very different version than who was breaking up with me by her tone of voice. One way more playful, one way more clinical. We'd start out weekends kissing passionately and the next day she'd hardly want to hug. • She’d go silent for 15 to 30 minutes at a time if we were having a serious conversation, and you could not get an answer out of her and usually would only get a very empty or dissatisfying answer at the end, or she try to move away from the topic entirely and act like the conversation hadn't even happened, But the long silences are what I’ve been told is the alters deliberating. • Inability to contribute to conversations with groups like even her family. • Buying a vape only to maybe use it once or twice with extreme shame, and then dunking it in water to ruin it. • Lots of blank stairs where you would ask her a question if she wouldn't even catch it and you'd have to repeat it. Or sometimes she'd have to repeat back to make sure she heard it right. • Shutting down in social settings unable to speak and contribute to conversations unless asked a question directly. • We switched her bedroom with her brother’s and somehow she claimed that moving the bedroom caused her to lose her entire routine and she was very frustrated at the loss of routine. • Fear of large crowds. • Random smiling out of context, almost like she’d just heard something funny or heard something ridiculous • Blurting out things that had nothing to do with the conversation, like that she just had a revelation about the Bible and it wasn’t even close to what we were talking about and the timing of the mention, right as we’re getting up to leave a restaurant, was weird. There were other instances like this. • Frequently moving the collage photo of me around her home, sometimes positioned right with her other family photos, sometimes more out of sight. • Sometimes I’d be her lock screen, other times just a generic photo. • Changing her Instagram username frequently (it goes untouched now). • Changing her Spotify photo and username frequently despite me being her only follower. • Adding music to our playlist then claiming not to like the same songs she added, finding things wrong with the message behind the song. • Slight personality differences from one day to the next, like one day she'd be super sweet and loving and hugging and saying how much I mean to her, other days it's like she would be a little more distant and skeptical, almost a bit more immature like fake/playfully cussing me out and I joked about swallowing some espresso powder dry (which would make me choke) and I'd ask if I should do that, and she'd say yes I do want you to do that. • Other random blurt outs like “I don't like it here” And then I'd ask what she was talking about and she wouldn't tell me what she meant. People have told me It was emotional part and a protector part fighting over me and maybe some other parts involved, but I'm wondering if this type of flare up or alters getting their own influence / say is common for someone who usually acts in a very unified and cohesive manner by all accounts from other people who've known her, and my relationship just caused a worse fragmentation of sorts, or if this was an isolated episode related to something less severe like C-PTSD?

Apparently much of this behavior has ceased but people have told me that I saw her truest parts fronting individually and now they're being compartmentalized again. Can someone with OSDD mask well enough to appear normal by all outward appearances and only show their parts when under pressure like this? It seemed like there was always a tug of war and almost a fight over whether to keep me or whether to push me away with what seemed like multiple breakup attempts before the ultimate breakup finally happened, but even after the breakup she wouldn't stay away from me for the first little while until I made a small mistake losing her trust and now she's dating a guy who has nothing like me, you have heard doesn't respect women's no sex before marriage boundary and he's not even a Christian. It seems weird that she pivot away from what she claimed she wanted so badly and what she was lacking in her previous relationships. Making me thinking of their alter is fronting with him then he was fronting with me. I'm just trying to figure out if this being such an isolated incident, apparently only having happened one other time to her, points towards it being OSDD or some other type of trauma flare up. Please forgive me if I'm misinformed in any way, I'm just trying to make sense of why the breakup happened when she was on fire for me and picturing a future and it just seemingly ended just as it was beginning. And why with me she claimed she had everything she ever wanted and we only lasted 3 months versus her previous relationships getting years of her life.
I apologize for it being long, I'm just trying to wrap my head around this. Appreciate any insight. Thank you for taking the time
