Accident on Louis Henna eastbound by Chuck E. Cheese

Hey, I was driving a Honda S2000 around 4:20 on January 13 when a van for Greengo Plumbing pulled out of a driveway into my lane and didn’t accelerate. I slammed on the brakes while he was still turning. He hadn’t fully merged onto the service road by the time I got to him, and we collided. My insurance will hopefully take my side here, since I wasn’t speeding and he improperly merged onto the service road into the only occupied lane. I’m hoping someone here has footage of the wreck. Thanks.
