Secrets Resort Recommendation for Babymoon? (Maroma, Playa Blanca, Moxche)

My wife and I are looking at booking our baby moon at either Secrets Maroma, Playa Blanca, or Moxche and would love to get this group's feedback on their experience with any or all of these resorts. We have been to Secrets and Dreams before and had a mixed experience. Nothing bad, but definitely a mixed bag in quality.

We have read that these are some of the best resorts as far as Secrets goes though. We aren't super concerned about beach quality. The most important things to us are luxury amenity/room feel, food quality, pool quality, and not feeling like we have fight someone for a pool chair (I once moved someone's book once who had been saving a pool seat literally most of the day and of course they shortly showed up and threw a fit...).
