Toxic Long Range Players (Heroes vs Villains)

I’m sure this is a post that has appeared here often, but the amount of toxic players abusing the long range characters are absurd! I’m by no means the best player, yet I have been playing this game for approximately 3 years now. It is really a buzz kill to be having a lightsaber battle and han solo stealing a kill from behind. Or Boba Fett blinding and killing you once you are surrounded by enemies. Then when you approach them about it, they make it out like you suck at the game. Are there any groups out there that strictly play lightsaber battles? Or am I doomed to always match with that one asshole?
