17M Hit back of head

17M here, earlier today, about 7-8 ish hours ago the back of my head was hit with a wood plank that had gotten snapped in half. The blow itself wasn’t that painful and I did not lose consciousness because it wasn’t exactly that hard of a hit and I could see maybe a small red spot, but there was a burning sensation that lingered for about 30 minutes afterwards. About 2 hours later I started to feel tired and now I am worried I have a concussion. Pupils are fine, no headache, no vomiting and I can walk just fine. No actual concussion symptoms but the tiredness has me worried, I did have some anxiety after the hit because I’m a hypochondriac.
