Is this pc worth buying for $1080 usd

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X

RAM: 32GB DDR5

Storage: 1TB SSD

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080 10GB (can be replaced by 5060 ti 16gb)

Is this pc worth picking up and would it be a better option to get the 5060 ti instead of the 3080?
