My grandpa sold his season tickets for a major university’s home football games for the 2025 season on Stubhub to a man we’ll call John Doe. He delivered them via the university sponsored ticket delivery platform. The university confirmed that John Doe accepted the tickets. John then goes and tells Stubhub he didn’t receive the tickets. We dispute. Send stubhub email proof they were delivered and accepted. Stubhub denies the dispute for god knows why & attempts to charge my grandpa for the full ammount of the tickets (even though he never received a dime from this sale!).

Anybody been in a similar situation that could help please? Happy to provide more details in DM’s about what school it is etc.
