How can I find an old friend who I was told many years ago might have passed away?

I have very limited information but I’d really like to find this girl if she’s still alive, and if she’s not I’d like confirmation of that for closure. We lost contact in 2020 when we were both teenagers and our parents took our access to all of our accounts and contacting people. We were incredibly close internet friends. She went by the name “Gracie Dawn” on quora, discord, pinterest, etc. she ran a server called “sunset dreamz” on discord. We both had a pretty large following on Quora talking to people about mental health but I think her account is gone and so is mine. She was born between 2002-2004, she lived in Selma/Fresno, CA. She was not enrolled in a high school at the time. She would be between 21-24 now. She’s 5”8 with dirty blonde/blonde wavy hair, glasses, brown/green eyes. She didn’t rlly tell me her last name except maybe once because she was apparently embarrassed by it but I think I remember it started with an F- I just know her middle name is Dawn. Her phone number started with 559 but I can’t remember the rest of it :(. If she did end up passing away it would’ve been in 2020/2021. The accounts I contacted her on were created with 2 emails I’ve been completely locked out of. So I can’t get into the discord to look or anything. Would anyone out there possibly have any information about this or how I could find her? Is there a better subreddit to be posting this on? Any information or advice would be GREATLY appreciated. I’ve wanted to get closure on this for a very long time because she was my longest relationship and first girlfriend for a really long time- so I just wanna know if she’s alive.
