Do the CD's have the bonus tracks?

I bought my igor cd in japan and it did end up having boyfriend to my surprise (i thought it was vinyl only.) I really want to buy chromakopia and i heard mother was on the physical release, but i dont know if that extends to the CD or if they do that in Australia or if i should wait for a chromakopia+ release. So was wondering if anyone knew and if that extends to down bad on dttg?
