Added t3 to levo. Experiencing daily headaches

I've been 75 mcg of levo for 3 years and my tah has stayed pretty stable. My new endo recently lowered my levo to 50 and started me on 5mcg of t3 yo try to combat my chronic fatigue . Its been one week and I have had a headache everyday. In my temples and at the base of my skull.

Is this something that will go away after a few weeks of leveling out, or should my levels be good by now and this is a symptom of overmedication?
