Achieved 510 today, after celpip score and tomorrow my file gonna expire

Guys, what is tie breaker rule? I am in the pool since last year, I did my CEC profile when I was having 1 year of exp. Now my file is going to expire tomorrow. If I refile today, then as per someone’s in the chat, my file would be new, and if the draw happens 510, then is there any chances of me? Or I’m gonna left out?

I really need some suggestions. Or should I reappear again the CELPIP test? Currently I have CLB 9. If someone is facing the same, can guide me.
