UVic application — can they reject me before February if I’m retaking Grade 12 courses?

I applied to UVic (Science – Undecided) and already submitted my transcript. I did poorly in Chem 12 and Bio 12, but I’m retaking both right now. I’m finishing them at the end of February.

I’m worried — is it possible for UVic to reject me before February, or do they usually wait for the updated grades?
