sore breasts?

as the title says, ive been having sore breasts for a while now and calendar says my period is 11 days away.

now, bf and i had sex resulting him to accidentally 'spill' inside me, of course i did the yuzpe method within the 24 hour window.

this happened on december 19 and a week ago i started having tenderness on my breasts and took a pregnancy test last night and it was negative.

since it's been three weeks since it happened and i took the test last night, was the result definitive?
