Screensaver shows up 30 seconds after pausing Live TV

I go into settings-system-device preferences-screen saver and it was on - I turned it off but the same thing happens - and I go through the steps again and it does show it as being off. Is there any way to turn this off (strange it gives you the option to and it does not work?).
