What was your shipping experience direct from Retroid like?

Hi folks,

Just curious for other people's shipping experiences if anyone grabbed something after the holidays.

I placed an order for two Retroid Pocket Classics on Jan 6th with 4PX and they haven't even shipped it yet. This is my first purchase and I am wondering if I should cancel my order and get them off Amazon instead. Anyone in a similar boat? Should I just be patient?
