Intimate with endo

I was wondering if someone could give me a little advise

I'm a 23 year old female who just had endo surgery to remove the endo tissue. My bf is 24 and we've been going through this together for the last 2 years.

Intimate in the relationship is at an all time low. We havnt had sex in 2 years due to the pain and we havnt done anything else Intimate in the bedroom in 2 months because my libido has plummeted ever since the pain during sex. I'm so afraid my bf will leave me because I'm constantly letting him down in the bedroom. I feel so guilty whenever I have to turn him down. It was his birthday just over the weekend and I couldn't bring myself to do anything for him.

Any help would be appreciated, how do I get my libido back, even to the point where I'm excited to be intimate without sex?
