Tipping guidelines

Recently had life circumstances wildly change and am now relying on instacart for grocery delivery.

What are the realistic tipping.guidelines y'all expect? No clue what the app pays or revenue split is with shoppers. E.g. does InstaCart take any of the tips, etc?

Thanks. I don't particularly like delivery apps, but want to not be shitty to the people working while I use it.
