Not sure what to do

So a few months ago I caught my wife talking to a guy on Snapchat. Nothing bad was said but she did silence the notifications and tried to hide it. She has since supposedly deleted snap chat. But the other day I found a naked picture of her in her deleted photos and today talked to her about how I don’t trust her now that naked picture is deleted from her deleted photos and the other day she got a message from a guy on Facebook that is deleted and not in her archived or anything
