First of all, hi and thanks for reading.

I’m currently facing a very difficult moment in my life, and these past five years have been incredibly tough. My father passed away—not a kind man, but his loss still cuts deep. I’ve also endured severe abuse from strangers, partners, friends, bosses, and colleagues.

Despite everything, I’ve done my best to stay afloat: countless hours in therapy, quitting drinking and smoking, consulting a nutritionist to improve my eating habits, maintaining a workout routine, practicing meditation and yoga, writing daily gratitude notes, and making an effort to stay present with loved ones.

Nonetheless, every achievement has come with negative consequences. For instance, I won a month-long artistic residency at the beach—an exciting opportunity to prove I could survive through my art, especially during a time when I didn't have a stable job. But the house was in a dangerous neighborhood, with a tiny, barely visible window. I felt scared and isolated. My only connection—my phone—broke unexpectedly, and the replacement also failed. My husband bought plane tickets to visit me, but when he was about to board, the airport in the city I was in shut down. I developed severe anxiety, and it took months to recover.

Last month, burnout hit hard. I got a job in cultural events—fun and well-paid— and I was so satisfied with it, until a coworker resigned, leaving me to handle her responsibilities. Then, her replacement was aggressive and uncooperative, trying to dump his work on me. Being extremely hardworking, I finished my contract on Dec 31, and all the events I led turned out beautifully, but I decided not to renew for 2026. I felt relief from having a side gig in social media. Yet, yesterday I was fired from my side job as well.

I'm a good professional, with years of experience and education. But finding new work here is tough unless you have good connections, which I don't have because I don't come from a wealthy family.

Now, I’m entirely unemployed, exhausted, and struggling to find comfort in anything I do. Anxiety keeps me awake, and I can’t see where my future is headed.

I’ve always been creative and optimistic, but right now, it all feels overwhelming. The past years are weighing heavily on my resilience. I try to accept what life throws at me, but it’s becoming unbearable. As someone who’s neurodivergent, perhaps my body and mind are overreacting. I’d love to understand what your perception is of my chart—please don’t worry about bad news; I can take them.

TL;DR: Based on my chart, what should I do? What is my life’s path? What am I not seeing?

Thanks for your help.
