Feeling energy moving from one hand to the other (new to this!)

Hello everyone !

This is completely new to me and hopefully this post isn't too stupid. Also English isn't my first language.

I went a couple times to an energy healer for a personal matter. During the sessions, among other things, I felt a movement in my hands. It was like a pulse, going from one hand to the other. A little like water moving from one side to the next. Sometimes slower, sometimes faster. Sometimes feeling it in my forearms as well.

The healer talked about an imbalance between the feminine and masculine side, between two states etc... Last time, she had an intuition about my aura being misaligned, her pendulum confirmed, she did something. I felt the energy/focus moving up to my head and then back into my two hands at the same time (subtle yet tangible). The "energy switch" between my hands calmed down and ended.

I've been able to feel that "switching pulse" on my own while meditating, including since that last session.

Does that make you think about anything ? I'd like to explore !
Also, what would you say are easy ways to get to know more about this topic ?
