Worse than hopeless
This isn’t entirely related to admissions itself but how are people keeping their heads up about their futures with everything going on in the world right now? I find myself stressing about my applications one day, crying about political events the next, feeling absolutely numb and hopeless most days, and having full blown fury that night. How can I care about my future when there’s threats of invading other countries and people being kidnapped from their homes? For anyone outside of the U.S. applying here, are you feeling scared about what could happen? Is it only me? I feel crazy but it’s a CRAZY time right now right?
