Maybe too hopeful, but do we have a chance at being included in a Morant deal as a third team in any way? I intentionally left out draft picks, but it would obviously take some combination of 2nds and future 1st swap(s) going to either MEM or MIA to get Jaquez. Memphis has Jaylen Wells, Vince Williams, Cedric Coward, and GG Jackson in that wing/forward role and have Pippen Jr, Spencer, Jerome as their guards. If they rebuild, not sure if they would value some extra draft capital over a guy like Jaime who could test out free agency in 2027 instead of opting into an extension with the rebuilding Grizzlies. Also the **most important** thing is that we reunite Jaime, Jaylen Clark and Johnny Juzang.

Depending on how high some are on Bones being the backup PG going into the playoffs, you might think that Pippen Jr., Cam Spencer, or Ty Jerome additions aren't needed, but a backup all-around wing like Jaime could help out a lot with or without including those guys. Bones is a free agent after this season, but Pippen, Spencer, or Jerome are all under contract for multiple years. Otherwise, you could look elsewhere for a cheap backup center (ex. Nick Richards)

I think MIA would be reluctant to move from Jaquez **and** include picks to get Morant, but I am not sure who on that roster is considered expendable, and they really are giving up next to nothing of value player wise in Rozier and Fontecchio. This is where MIN could come in with a bulk of 2nd Round Picks, and 1st round swaps (2028/2032) to make something work that MEM might like more.

**For Example:** Heat don't surrender any draft capital to land Morant by only giving up Jaquez as a valuable asset, Wolves send draft capital (2 2nds, 2 swaps) along with Rob and TSJ to Memphis for Jaquez and Pippen Jr.
