Seller sent wrong item

Hi! I ordered a powerbank from Shopee Mall using SPayLater and ang nareceive ko is earphones. Ibinalik ko na rin yung item. Pwede ko kaya irequest na isend na lang nila yung right item instead of 10% discount?
