In March your bank account will be hit by 2X your rent/mortgage amount.

The first is your actual March bill, the second is your February bill that comes due through Wells Fargo credit card.

Bilt is treating your rent/mortgage payment as ACH that’s withdrawn directly from your bank account. Whether you’re paying directly or through Bilt, your bank account will be hit with the full amount immediately.
