Help making my Winota bracket 4 more consistent

First time I posted here for assistance on my Vincent Valentine deck I got roasted hard but gawd daym you guys increased my winrate with your suggestions so here i am back again

More or I need help with consistency. There have been times im not doing a lot and others where i just pop off really early.

That said i did nake this deck on a budget for bracket 4 but i have had saved up some money i think its time for some upgrades.

Im not sure if i should decrease the number of comboes in this or how i should move forward with this i guess im more or less looking to make my gameplay more consistent
